As 2012 comes to a close and 2013 begins, there a lot of things to be excited about! For me, the start of a new year provides a lot of motivation and excitement. Namely as an avid college football fan, I start every year excited about the bowl games! Of course, this year is extra special for Aggies, but for others as well.

This college football bowl season offers several major matchups and many duds, in my personal opinion as the BCS bowl system makes no sense to me. But, there are two bowl games we are most eagerly anticipating around the DMA office. The first is the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic featuring the Fighting Texas Aggies and the Oklahoma Sooners on January 4th.

I am sure it isn’t hard to figure out why this bowl game is top of our list! Secondly, we are jazzed for the National Championship Game featuring the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the almighty Alabama Crimson Tide (previously beaten by one of the newcomers to the SEC). This matchup has a very interesting dynamic and one that we hope will provide some excitement.
